using PeopleTools, and becomes part of your PeopleSoft
implementation. Backups and scalability are part of your PeopleSoft
infrastructure. There is no additional hardware or system software
to buy. The implementation goes through the upgrade process in the
same way as any other customization to your PeopleSoft HCM
implementation.
